A Live Lobster - Just Caught - Watercolor

Here is a live lobster right after it was caught.  I have had this painting for quite a long time and recently reworked it, along with several other paintings, by "warming up" the entire painting.

I posted the live lobster painting several years ago at http://www.homedetective.com/Lobster-Watercolor.jpg.  Here is that image:

Warming up the painting seems to put new life into it.  It also seems more three-dimensional after re-working.  This exercise, as long as it took, has been very enlightening.  In the expanded view you get by clicking on either one of the above images, try clicking between "1" and "2" to get the full effect of this "warming".
